11th Annual Brain Health Forum

Latest tools for early screening and diagnosis, emerging treatment options for early-stage Alzheimer's disease and Andrew Cope, an advocate living with early-stage Alzheimer's, will share his personal story.

Join the Alzheimer’s Association of Northern California and Congressman Ami Bera for the 11th Annual Brain Health Forum, as we explore this year's theme: This Is Our Mammogram Moment. Just as mammograms transformed early detection and outcomes for breast cancer, new advances in screening and treatment are changing what's possible for Alzheimer's disease.

This year's forum will focus on exciting advances in Alzheimer's early detection, including blood-based testing, new treatment options, and practical information for families navigating the challenges of caregiving. The Brain Health Forum is free of charge! We'll serve refreshments, giveaway prizes, and host an esteemed panel of medical professionals and local health organization representatives. Resource tables will provide valuable information for caregivers including help with meals, transportation, home safety and more. Also, on our panel is Andrew Cope, who was recently diagnosed at age 55 and is currently navigating treatment options. Our goal is to help families better understand their options, ask informed questions, and connect with resources available in our community.
