West Bank "Protective Presence"
Sponsored by the Center for Jewish Non-violence, a 'protective presence" volunteer will speak at Parkside Community Church on September 2. Join us for a first-hand account of what life is like for Palestinians in the West Bank.
On September 2, an active member of West Bank Protective Presence will speak publicly about his experiences, and engage in conversation with a panel of activists.
Operated jointly by Palestinian and Jewish organizations, "Protective Presence" is a program that sends on-the-ground volunteers to accompany Palestinian families and document human rights abuses in the West Bank.
Palestinian music, artwork and desserts will be featured in this culturally rich experience of life in the West Bank.
