Sacramento Board of Supervisors candidates hung out in Carmichael on election night. With votes still to be counted, Rich Desmond holds a sizable lead for District 3 but will likely face a November run-off against fellow candidate Gregg Fishman. Supervisor Sue Frost will retain her District 4 seat.
